Something To Do
Water taxis... Are everywhere between Cabo San Lucas bay and the Marina area. They take you to the Arch symbol of Los Cabos and Lovers Beach or to a water-accessible restaurant or bar. Be willing to get your feet wet if you select this adventure - when you depart, most locations are not along the marina, so you have to be willing to just jump off onto the sandy beach!
ATV´s adventure...After some brief, but useful, directions on the proper handling of the four-wheel-drive All Terrain Vehicles (ATV s), and received new bandannas and well-worn helmets we´ll took off single file following our fearless leader through the sand dunes at the pacific beaches. At the entrance to the permitted area to drive, you have to pay the fee before heading out onto the dunes. There we´ll found acres of sweeping dunes to climb over and specially constructed obstacle courses to test our skills at ATV handling. While there, we learned a lot about the endurance of both man and machine. We also discovered how to get stuck and how to get free.The whole experience is thrilling, although a little dusty. This is not an excursion for those who can't handle a few smudge marks and a layer of dust on their clothes. You do need to be careful when driving these machines. It is after all a motorized vehicle and there is limited supervision. If you get yourself stuck somewhere, its up to you to get yourself turned around and back on the right path. I'd recommend riding with a buddy if at all possible.
Zip Lines...If your preferred way to enjoy the Baja desert is by getting close to it and flying through its vast canyons. Zip Lines is the perfect activity for you. We have safest equipment. You will never feel afraid knowing that our lines made with cables 35 tons can support up to 16 tons of weight and your harness have the strength to endure another 2 tons alone, not to mention our bilingual guides who are trained by the best instructors in the field. Our zip lines in addition to hanging over 300 feet above ground they reach up to 2,673 feet in length (that is nearly 9 football fields). You'll be flying across canyons, passing close to rock formations and watching the oasis below from bird's eye view. Since we know everything is more fun when done with friends, some of our zip lines are especially designed to be performed in tandem. On those lines, if you´d like we can connect you with one, two or even three of your friends so that you can fly together. During the entire tour you'll be accompanied by two guides one on the take off platform, who will connect you to the line, and one on the landing platform, who will disconnect you.
There is a great variety of international food restaurants in Cabo San Lucas and San José.
